Having worked on Parkway Drive’s 2007 and 2010 albums in a former life at Shock Records, Deathproof was thrilled to partner again with the team at Resist Records for the Byron band’s six studio LP, Reverence.
Several months of pitching and three exhaustive press days in Sydney and Melbourne culminated in coverage including The Weekend Australian, Sunday Telegraph, triple j Breakfast and Drive interviews and a triple j Feature Album, Tiger Tales and Jetstar features, Noisey longforms and Triple M interviews to name a few.
The album charted #1 upon release in Australia and subsequent arena tour saw the band sell out their biggest local venues to date. Reverence went on to collect Best Heavy Album at the ARIA Awards in November. Suffice to say, the boys had a big year.
